About Our Boot Camps

Our boot camps are a 4 week journey to assist you in your Fitness Plan. Our certified personal trainers know just how to help coach you to your result finish line.

With more than 60+ Boot Camps held, we have helped families, friends and even students push their limitations. Our coaching style is driven for success but we know how important being personable is when communicating steps, milestones and your overall health.

Jump into action with others

Boot Camps are all about group training. Being a part or group can help share in the experience with others. Our personalized style of boot camps focuses on creating the ideal speace for maximum progress.

Boot Camp Details

16 Sessions

Yes, that’s right our boot camps are 16 sessions. Results come from consistency and we know just how to help guide you to your fitness destination.

4 weeks

Every Monday, Tuesday Wednesday & Thursday we have 5 classes per day with a restriction of 30 people per class.


Mon-Thurs | 5am| 7am | 8:15am | 4pm | 5:30pm


All of this for only $150

As an added amenity we provided each participant with:

– FREE 5 Week access to our public & private gym facilities

– Unlimited Tanning with all memberships including Boot Camps
