The Family Who Startes It All
Miranda and John Goff have been together for 24 years and have two children, Connor and Kinley. Miranda was a competitive swimmer for nine years. John was a public school teacher for 12 years. The initial idea for a Boot Camp came from Miranda, who wanted to keep Conor in shape during football offseason. As school parents and teachers began asking questions about Adult Boot Camp, Miranda then decided to start up Boot Camps after she finished her work at Lake Hamilton Middle School. She eventually moved her personal training and boot camps to her local gym. The popularity quickly grew and the Goff Family needed more space, so that’s where they founded 501 Fitness in Pearcy, AR near Lake Hamilton School. After a successful year and a half of boot camp, they opened a 24-hour gym and tanning facility. Now they wish to provide a safe space for all of those looking for a lifestyle change in their health.
